Expectations run high in Peppa’s classroom as they prepare for their holiday play.  Santa is the center of their concern as they wonder if he will attend the event.  The storyline is slight but preschool students will be more than satisfied with the story.  Two-page illustrations are colorful and attractive to young readers even though Santa’s beard looks fake.  The ending is every child’s dream.

Add to pre-school collections and consider for K classroom libraries where TV inspired books are collected.
